Jenn Jaeger | BCBA

I am Jenn, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 15 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I have worked with children and families in Orange County across home, clinic, school, and community settings, focusing strongly on providing individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based care. I also hold a certification as a Behavioral Sleep Specialist, which allows me to support families in addressing sleep-related challenges that impact daily functioning and quality of life. My professional interests include early intervention, social skills development, and parent coaching- empowering caregivers through collaboration, education, and practical strategies. I am passionate about helping clients build communication, independence, and social confidence while supporting families every step of the way.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner and young son. We enjoy listening to country music, exploring local OC parks, and going on foodie adventures.

Rachel Hughes | Behavior Analyst

“My favorite part about my work is helping to make a positive impact in the lives of the families I serve and celebrating all successes, big and small. I am a behavior analyst and have worked at Social Collaborative for 4 years. My proudest moment with Social Collaborative was hearing a clients first words. A fun fact about me is I love sweets and spending time with my family.”

Alexis Buenaventura | Registered Behavior Technician

“My favorite part about my work is working with my team and the support we give each other. I am a resilient individual with 9 months of experience as a Behavioral Interventionist. My proudest moment with Social Collaborative is learning how to get creative! A fun fact about me is that I have been playing basketball since I was 5 years old and I shoot some hoops during my free time!

Bella Yu | Behavior Technician

I’m passionate about supporting children and families through evidence-based, relationship-centered care. I love seeing small moments of growth  – whether it’s a new word, a successful transition, or a moment of shared joy, that show how much potential each child has. A fun fact about me is that I’ve been part of competitive dance teams and have a deep passion for the arts. I also love spending time with my dog. I’m grateful to be part of the Social Collaborative team and to support the amazing families we serve.

Akthar Ahamath | Behavior Technician

I have a passion for helping kids grow and learn, guiding them to reach their full potential. Outside of work, I enjoy playing basketball and staying active. I strive to bring dedication, energy and a positive attitude to everything I do.

Duck Hernandez | Behavior Technician

I am a college student at CSUF and I’m eager to grow in this field.
My favorite part about my work is seeing the gradual improvement and seeing that my aid is
helping people. That is extremely rewarding to see. Aside from work, I like to create, whether
that is on paper or as movement. I am an experienced dancer and have been since the age of 6.

Koey Lee | Registered Behavior Technician

“Hi there! My name is Koey! I am a 4th-year Psychological Science student at UCI and a BT at Social Collaborative! My favorite part of being a BT is seeing my clients grow and become happier, independent versions of themselves. My favorite hobbies include drinking coffee while reading and watching horror movies!”

Thomas Dickey | Operations Assistant

“My favorite part of my work is being able to edit and proofread. I am an eager worker with almost a year of experience as an operations assistant. My proudest moment with Social Collaborative is finding ways to complete tasks more efficiently.  A fun fact about me is that I like to go on outings designed for personal enrichment.”

Felicia Lee | Operations & Practice Manager

To me, purpose is everything and I seek to help people for the rest of my life. Here at Social Collaborative, my goal is to effectively help the families and staff with gusto and a smile. I have been in healthcare since 1997 and have extensive multi-specialty experience. Effective operations means that people feel heard and supported as we succeed, and I take this very seriously. Outside of work and school, I teach Women’s Bible Study, counsel as a Stephen minister, love spending time with my son, and rescue animals. Things are always busy and life is never boring!
