Blake Henderson | BCBA
“My favorite part of my work is partnering with staff and students through life’s joys and difficulties, year by year, week by week, hour by hour. I pride myself on my own blend of professionalism and silliness, and have been working in ABA just shy of 15 years. My proudest moment with Social Collaborative was receiving anonymous feedback that our staff feel supported by their supervision team. My fun facts are that I have an inordinate amount of love for my 2007 manual FJ Cruiser and think a day is only wasted if I haven’t read a poem.”

Rachel Hughes | Behavior Analyst
“My favorite part about my work is helping to make a positive impact in the lives of the families I serve and celebrating all successes, big and small. I am a behavior analyst and have worked at Social Collaborative for 4 years. My proudest moment with Social Collaborative was hearing a clients first words. A fun fact about me is I love sweets and spending time with my family.”

Alexis Buenaventura | Registered Behavior Technician

My proudest moment with Social Collaborative is learning how to get creative! A fun fact about me is that I have been playing basketball since I was 5 years old and I shoot some hoops during my free time!

Skyler Olis – Registered Behavior Technician

Kevin Zaragoza | Behavior Technician
“My favorite part about working at Social Collaborative is being able to make an impact on other’s lives. Everyday I look forward to continue working with my team that is supportive and appreciative here at Social Collaborative. An interesting fact that most people would never guess about me is that I enjoy watching anime such as demon slayer and solo leveling.”

Oralina Gomez | Behavior Technician
“I joined the Social Collaborative team because I’m passionate about teaching and assisting youth. My favorite thing about my work is getting the opportunity to see growth and experience it. Working with kids and teens in development grants the honor of witnessing someone achieve their goals, grow as an individual and feel proud of themselves. Outside of work I am a percussion instructor for the marching arts. Music is another passion of mine and so is art! I love to draw and create stories in my free time!”

Bella Yu | Behavior Technician
I joined Social Collaborative because I’m passionate about supporting children and families through evidence-based, relationship-centered care. With my background in neurobiology and psychological science, I was excited to work in an environment where compassion, collaboration, and continuous learning are at the heart of everything we do. Social Collaborative’s mission aligned perfectly with my desire to help children build meaningful skills and confidence in their everyday lives. My favorite part of this work is forming strong, trusting relationships with my clients. I love seeing small moments of growth Whether it’s a new word, a successful transition, or a moment of shared joy, that show how much potential each child has. Helping clients reach their goals while working closely with their families is incredibly rewarding. A fun fact about me is that I’ve been part of competitive dance teams and have a deep passion for the arts. I also love spending time with my dog. I’m grateful to be part of the Social Collaborative team and to support the amazing families we serve.
